Our Staff

Dean & Lorie Loftus
As a couple, Dean and Lorie have served together at Red Cliff Bible Camp for nearly 30 years. What a privilege it has been to be stewards at Red Cliff - to serve churches, families, and individuals through gospel presentation and edification. God providentially caused Dean and Lorie to intersect at Red Cliff while serving on summer staff.
Thankfully, God's plan was to draw them together and give them the desire of their hearts in camp ministry. God also blessed Dean and Lorie in giving them three sons and a daughter to rear for His glory and has given them the privilege of serving with each of their children at various times at Red Cliff.
Dick & Deirdre MacGill
Dick and Deirdre MacGill moved to Pinedale immediately after Dick graduated from Frontier School of the Bible in July of 1975. Dick and Phil Tubbs had searched together for a camp property the year before. Dick began working under the leadership of Phil from that time until Phil’s home-going in 1986. At the request of the Camp Board, Dick became director of the camp for the next four years. In 1992, Dean Loftus stepped into the position of Camp Director. Dick was then able to return to doing what he most enjoyed—building and vehicle maintenance, construction, and cooking in dutch ovens for the Red Cliff Chuck Wagon.
Deirdre has also been a valuable asset. With her willing spirit, she has been able to do bookkeeping for the camp since 1986, run camper registration for a number of years, and even work at the Higher Grounds coffee shop!

Pray with us please--our Suburban's engine "died" and needs to be replaced. At current prices this will be the best option. The cost for having this done will be $6000.00. We know the Lord can provide as we seek His help.

David & Wixi Heyboer
After graduating from Bob Jones University, David traveled nationally and internationally as a missionary builder for thirteen years, until 2013. From 2008 to 2013, he ministered mostly at Ironwood, Wolf Mountain, and Red Cliff Bible Camp, learning different principles for effective camp ministry.
In 2004, God brought David and Wixi from their home countries (USA and Venezuela) to meet on the island of Antigua. They were married on June 10, 2006. God repeatedly brought them back to serve seasonally at Red Cliff, and in 2013, God led them to join the full-time staff. David is involved with building maintenance and camp projects as well as IT. Wixi heads our hospitality team and homeschools their three children: Anah Grace, Leonard Allen and Joseph David.
The Heyboers’ Bible verse is Psalm 27:14 – “Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.”
Keith & Stacy Holt
Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths.”
Keith began serving as Program Director at Red Cliff on June 1, 2019. The camp is excited for the opportunity to work with him and have him work with the campers, using his God-given gifts to break down barriers in the lives of the campers, allowing the Holy Spirit to work in each heart. Both Stacy and Keith had the blessing of growing up in Christian homes.
Keith graduated from Gilead Christian Academy in Macon, Georgia in 2002, and then went on to graduate from Northland International University, formerly Northland Baptist Bible College, with a degree in Camp Ministries. Stacy also attended Northland International University, graduating with a degree in Cross Cultural Education. Both Stacy and Keith each had the opportunity to serve at several different camps during the summers between college semesters. They were married in 2007 and moved to Vernal, Utah, where they served as laymen in Grace Baptist Church. In 2013, the Holt's moved to North Carolina, and Keith was called as youth pastor at Vandalia Baptist Church in Greensboro, North Carolina. Stacy works with our staff to produce weekly musical specials for God's glory in addition to homeschooling their five daughters: Taylee, Sierra, Elayna, Savannah, and Vanessa.
