Registration Fees

A $35.00 non-refundable registration and handling fee is due upon registration of all summer camps, fall retreats, and winter retreats. The only exception is the $100.00 non-refundable registration and handling fee due for Couples Retreat.  The remainder of payment for the camp will be due when you arrive for your first day.

Payment

Charges on your credit card statement will appear as

"REDCLIFFBIBLECAMP - 26 S Lincoln, Pinedale WY 82941".

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express [USD].  If you'd like to print your registration form and mail it to us along with a check, you can send it to us at Red Cliff Camp, P.O. Box 846, Pinedale, WY 82941.

When we collect sensitive customer data on our website (credit card numbers etc) we believe in keeping that information secure.  Any data we collect on our website is kept secure by a SSL (secure sockets layer) encrypting the information by allowing for secure transfer of data over our website.  However, it is not possible to completely eliminate security risks pertaining to hacking or a data breach.  We do not save or store your credit card information for future purchases on our website.

Once payment is processed on our website [via our chosen merchant EProcessing.com] the amount will be posted to your chosen form of payment unless you as the cardholder reject the charge. Please let us know if you are having any issues with payments we are happy to help!

Cancellations

You may cancel your camp reservation up to 2 days prior to the start date of the camp with no penalty, receiving a full refund.  Should you need to cancel just before the camp within those last two days please give us a call directly to our office (307) 367-2536.  If your cancellation is due to a medical emergency (you or a family member), we will fully refund your camp expenses.  If your cancellation is not due to a medical emergency, we will refund your camp expenses minus a $50 cancellation fee.  To cancel your upcoming visit with us, please call our Camp office Phone at (307) 367-2536 or email us at redcliffcamp@gmail.com.  

Privacy Policy

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In order to provide you with a great experience here at Red Cliff Bible Camp, we collect some of your personal information and keep it on file in case you return for another camp.  Information that we collect may include: 
your full name, date of birth, gender, email address, credit card number, billing address, names of your children and their grade level in school if relevant, mailing addresses, dietary preferences, the name of your health insurance company and policy number, details about the church you currently attend, dietary allergies/medications being taken and sometimes notes about your stay to provide you with the best experience.
    
YOUR RIGHT TO PRIVACY
We do not share your data with any third party companies, unless there is a medical emergency during a camp and we are passing along information to a medical services provider on your behalf.  Otherwise, any 

If relevant need arises to share your information, we will only share your information with your consent.

YOUR INFORMATION

If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, or want us to remove any data that we have on your profile, please contact us,  We are happy to update or completely remove any of your information from our files if relevant.

Merchandise

Merchandise purchased through our website or in person at a camp may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Customer is responsible for any relevant return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which they were received (cash in person will be refunded cash / credit card purchases will be refunded to your same credit card)

 

*All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within the United States, or available in person at camps. 

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. 
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, 
rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.  Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [10] business days of the date of your order.

Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.  You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.  Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. 


 
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Promotions

We are not currently running any promotions, however if we do in the future you'll be able to locate any terms and conditions of that promotion on the registration form page of the camp under "promotion details".
